Having a happy home environment is not about disciplining your children, it’s about what you show your children as role models. Recently I had a couple in one of my classes who wanted to learn how to stop yelling at their young children. They realized it had become a pattern, their coping mechanism, but they didn’t know how to stop it.

We’re all oblivious to our own “nails” sticking out of our forehead that our partner can so clearly see. And when our partner says something that might help us get the “nail” out, we resist. We don’t want to listen.
Porn has come out of the closet; it’s no longer wrapped in plain brown paper. It’s visible in our living rooms, readily available via the internet. It’s becoming more normalized because pornography is big business – 8 billion dollars in the US alone, 13 billion worldwide.
Pornography can either help your sexual liberation or stunt it. It’s your responsibility to be aware of whether erotic material is enhancing or destroying your life.
The average American interacts with some kind of electronic device during his or her free time outside of work multiple hours per day. Ask yourself the question who is controlling how you spend your time? You or your computer, your smart phone, and/or your TV?
